TNA Party tribunal is this afternoon expected to make a ruling on the controversial nomination certificate handed over  to activist Moses Kuria.

Kuria was awarded the certificate a few days ago after garnering 8, 000 votes during what some legislators allied to the party claimed was a shambolic nomination exercise.

The wife of the late Gatundu South MP Joseph Ngugi, Joyce Ngugi, garnered 6, 000 votes, and she is contesting Kuria’s nomination claiming she was rigged out.

Members of TNA Tribunal are at this hour locked up in what has been described as a stormy meeting being held at the Party Headquarters, where they are expected to issue their verdict over the contested nomination exercise.
