The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Wednesday appealed to the public for help in identifying a suspect in connection with the Latema road explosion.
The DCI released CCTV footage showing the suspect dressed in black walking through the streets while carrying a package on the right hand.
Detectives investigating the incident have now appealed to anyone with information on the suspect’s identity to contact the DCI headquarters on 0729999988 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

At least two people were injured in the January 26, 2019 explosion on Latema Road along Tom Mboya Street in the Nairobi Central Business District.
The blast, which was caused by an improvised explosive device, occurred shortly after 7pm.
Witnesses reported seeing a man pushing a trolley outside the restaurant. Seconds later, a huge blast was heard sending members of the public scampering to safety.
Officers from the anti-terrorism and the General Service units rushed to the scene and sealed it off.
