Football Kenya Federation and the Kenya Police have assured football fans in the country that the Kasarani stadium will be secure, guaranteeing them of their safety before, during and after the Africa cup of Nations qualifier match against Ethiopia.
Security concerns had been raised after the government announced free entry for the match.
Harambee Stars will close in on a continental appearance for the first time in over 10 years if they win, but the Kenya Police and the national governing body have guaranteed all fans of their safety.
Harambee Stars played to a goalless draw with Ethiopia in the first leg played this week in Ethiopia and need a win to move closer to qualification.
