Electronic voting system the only way: NASA

By KBC Reporters

The National Super Alliance (NASA) has insisted that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will have to postpone elections in the event the electronic system fails on the polling day.

Through lawyer Paul Mwangi who made submissions before Judges Kanyi Kimondo, Hedwig Ong’udi and Alfred Mabeya NASA said (IEBC) has apparently failed to put in place a complementary system in line with the law.

Mwangi flanked by Senior Counsel James Orengo and Ben Sihanya cited previous elections which they said were compromised by failure of technology.
