The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has warned party rebels that they risk facing consequences if they fail to abandon the path they have taken politically.

Speaking after the ODM parliamentary group meeting at the Orange House, Outgoing party Secretary General Anyang Nyong’o said that all Orange MPs should support the party stand on issues of national importance.

Nyong’o said the party had endorsed CORD’s Saba Saba rally resolutions which among other things called for a National referendum.

But conspicuously absent at the meeting was Budalangi Member of Parliament Ababu Namwamba. But Nairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero appeared briefly in the meeting and left.
