Former foreign department manager at the Central Bank of Kenya, Job Kilach Tuesday tolld the Goldenberg commission that former CBK governor, Micah Cheserem was fully aware of the foreign accounts opened in London.
However, Kilach says the documents bearing his signature authorizing the opening of the accounts were a mere forgery.
Job Kilach denied ever signing documents authorizing the opening of foreign accounts in London.
During his cross examination on the 52nd witness Reuben Marmbii, Kilach told the commission that the signatures purported to have been his were a mere forgery.
However the commission noted that on various occasions, Kilachi’s
signatures differed in various documents.
