Alfred Imonje takes over at Kakamega Home Boys

Former Somalia national soccer team head coach Alfred Imonje has been named the new technical director of Kakamega Home Boys team.

Imonje has landed the appointment just a few days after Kenyan Premier League returnee side named Mike Mururi to be their tactician for the 2016 season.

Prior to his appointment, Imonje had been at Kakamega Home Boys as a co-coach but the club Secretary Gilbert Alushula has confirmed that he will now serve as the new technical director to fully impact his vast experience to the players for better performance.

Imonje has also previously coached Nzoia Sugar FC, Muhoroni Youth FC, Sony Sugar FC and AFC Leopards.
