During the three-day conference, sessions will focus on the new CCAC Clean Air Flagship programme announced at COP28 that will increase guidance and capacity to mitigate black carbon and PM2.5 from household energy, waste and transport sectors.

The delegates are expected to develop a shared agenda and discuss the latest science and policies in key emitting sectors like heavy-duty vehicles and engines, waste, cooling, fossil fuels and household energy.

The conference will move the climate dialogue forward, focusing on the cost of inaction, highlighting ways to further scale up implementation of the Global Methane Pledge, Clean Air Flagship and Kigali Amendment, and collectively charting the course to 2025 and beyond.

The climate and clean Air conference is an annual meeting of the CCAC that gives an opportunity for partners to come together to learn, share best practices and drive forward the agenda to mitigate Short-Lived Climate Pollutants (SLCP).

Climate & Clean Air Coalition is a global partnership reducing short-lived climate pollutants to fight climate change and air pollution.
