The High court in Siaya has upheld the election of area governor Colonel Amoth Rasanga.
The court dismissed with cost a petition filed by former Rarieda MP Nicholas Gumbo.
Judge Esther Maina in her ruling said allegations by the petitioner that IEBC was biased against Gumbo in the poll was not proven and that irregularities on the official 37A forms had no major variance that would result in the annulment of the poll.
Earlier the court had dismissed a petition filed against the election of Gem MP Elisha Odhiambo by immediate former MP Jakoyo Midiwo.
