Education Cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha has put on notice individuals with fake degree certificates saying they will be flushed out.
Speaking at Koderobara school while inspection the construction of CBC classrooms, the CS said those who have used short cut to obtain degrees are now politicizing the matter instead yet the blame lies squarely on them.
Magoha said seeking redress in court is not the solution especially for those seeking political offices urging them to use the right channel to get their qualifications.
He said the matter shouldn’t be politicised urging the Commission for University Education and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission not to relent on the same.
He at the same time warned secondary school administrators over misappropriation of funds saying he wants proper audit of the accounts.
On the CBC transition, the CS said everything is in place in almost all Counties except Bungoma, where they are facing a few challenges.
He said that 1,200,080 learners will transition to junior secondary school early next year and called on private schools to consider complementing what the government has done on matters infrastructure
