Curtis upbeat ahead of KCB clash with Stanbic Mwamba

KCB RFC are confident ahead of this weekend’s Kenya Cup clash with Stanbic Mwamba at the Jamuhuri grounds this Saturday.

Captain Curtis says “we just need to remain focused as we come to the latter stages of the season. It’s crucial that we stay in form so that we’re able replicate last year’s triumphs.”

He added that, they will do everything in their powers to pip their rivals as they reach the latter stages of the season.

“It will be a very tough encounter this weekend, but we will look to come out as victors”, said Lilako.

The team will focus on Ahmed Shaban alongside other young, energetic players who will give the squad necessary depth, especially with a few injuries to the team.

It could be a Kenya Cup that goes down to the wire with KCB and Kabras equal on points with 61 points to the respective teams.

With the likes of Curtis Lilako, Ahmed Shaban and James Kilonzo, anything and everything is possible.
