A cup of chopped pineapples

One peeled cucumber

One peeled lemon

One peeled ginger root

One peeled banana

One cup of ice cubes or water

Depending on the strength of your blender, add ice cubes or water and mix everything in the blender until smooth.

Apple spinach smoothie

Ingredients

A cup of washed baby spinach or a leaf of spinach

One green apple chopped

Half a cup of lemon juice

One cup of ice cubes or water

Method

Blend everything together.

One peeled and chopped avocado

One washed leaf of sukuma or half a cup of shredded sukuma

One cup of chopped mango

One tablespoon of honey

One peeled ginger root

One tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)

One cup of water

Blend everything until smooth. This smoothie will be thick (just like uji) so drink immediately and if it thickens use a spoon.
