DPP orders arrest of six police officers over slain Embu brothers

The Director of Public prosecution has directed for the immediate arrest and transfer of six police officers allegedly involved in the killing of two Embu brother to Nairobi. The DPP says the move will stop the police officers from either interfering with evidence or intimidating witnessed. The move comes as the Independent Policing Oversight Authority-IPOA recommended immediate sacking of the six to face murder charges.
