The Director of Public Prosecution, Keriako Tobiko has Friday released a list of high profile cases still pending in the courts.
The list of 88 cases contains a number of governors and legislators whose corruption allegation suits are yet to be concluded.
Leading the pack in the cases is the yet to be concluded Anglo leasing scandal that has former ministers David Mwirari, Chris Murungarru, and Chris Obure axis, a scandal dating back to the grand coalition reign of Mwai Kibaki and Raila Odinga.
Following, Peter Mangiti who is associated with the 790 million shillings NYS scandal which has swept former Devolution CS, Ann Waiguru and is now brewing a political storm after an affidavit filed by the former CS implicated Aden Duale and Kipchumba Murkome in a cover up scheme.
Others include Nandi Hills MP, Alfred Keter who is still a guest of the court in connection with the weighbridge saga and Garisaa Governor, Nathif Jama Adan who is wanted by the court for irregular leasing of ambulance services.
Keter and nominated MP Sujeev Birdi are also accused of contravening chapter six of the constitution and a host of other personalities.
