FKF agrees to launch player passports’ system

By Fredrick Muoki

The Football Kenya Federation National Executive Committee members will launch a ‘Player Passport’ for players from clubs that play under its leagues for easy identity of the players and aid in tracking of players.

According to a statement issued to Media houses, the document will contain information about all the clubs a player has played for since the age of 12 and will assist clubs in tracing the sporting history of the player.

The statement clarified that Leagues or Tournaments played below the national division one are sanctioned through FKF’s affiliate Branches and ultimately through the FKF national office.
