36 Garissa County MCAs have signed a petition seeking to remove the County Assembly Speaker Ibrahim Ahmed Abass from office.
Led by Maalimin MCA Mohamud Aden, the MCAs have accused the Speaker of gross violation of the constitution incompetence, Gross misconduct among other accusations.
