Goalkeeper Levis Opiyo joins Gor Mahia

Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Levis Opiyo from the just promoted side Nairobi City Stars.

The 25 year old has penned a two-year deal at the club after previously featuring for Thika United, Western Stima, Posta Rangers and German club Fortuna Babelsberg.

Levis started his goal tending duties back in 2010 for Thika’s Shimanzi before moving to AC Thika in 2011.

He then moved to Thika United then to Mahakama, Posta Rangers, Western Stima, Mathare United and back to Posta Rangers before heading out on loan to German side Fortuna Babelsberg in 2018.

He was back in 2019 where he had a short term contract with Vihiga United.
