Gor, AFC enter three year partnership deal with Betsafe

Kenyan Premier League clubs Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards have announced a new partnership deal with betting firm Betsafe.

The new deal penned on Thursday will run till 2023 when football resumes.

“This partnership will when football resumes offer our club substantial financial support from a strong and safe partner for the coming three years,” said Gor Mahia through a statement.

The sports betting brand Betsafe will be the official head sponsor and shirt sponsor for the two teams.

“We are happy to announce this deal with Betsafe. A very welcoming message to our fans that we have secured a long term financial support from a strong and safe partner. Our partner shares our passion and values about football and the excitement that comes with it,” said Gor Mahia Chairman Ambrose Rachier.

The sports betting firm will enter the Kenyan market in the country in the next coming months with the aim of supporting community football.

“We will be launching in the Kenyan market very soon and our top priority is to support Kenyan football.
