Harambee stars striker Michael Olunga has joined two-time Japanese champions Kashiwa Reysol Football Club ending weeks of speculation over his future.
The former Gor Mahia, Thika United and Tusker FC hit man has signed a three year deal worth 300 million shillings.
The striker spent the last year of his contract with Guizhou Zhicheng on loan at the panish Premier League side Girona FC, where he scored three goals in the 2017/18 campaign.
Olunga started his career at Tusker FC before moving to Thika United a year later.
He joined Gor Mahia in 2015 and aided the team to win the Kenya Premier League title unbeaten and moved to Sweden afterwards, to join Djurgadens in 2016.
Olunga’s new team is currently placed 13th on the Japanese top league standings with 23 points from 20 league matches.
