More than 500 shareholders of the Eden park country gardens in Segera area in Nanyuki Laikipia County have received title deeds marking the end of a protracted tussle over ownership of the land.

The shareholders were embroiled in a dispute with a local clergyman who claimed the 4200 acres land was rightfully his.

The company director Joseph Njoroge confirmed the authenticity of the documents encouraging the shareholders to invest in the fast growing area.

Elated shareholders expressed confidence that the land which is in a prime location within the county will attract both local investors and others from neighboring regions.
