Kalonzo calls for political truce between Ruto and Raila

Wiper Democratic Movement Leader Kalonzo Musyoka is now calling for political truce between Deputy President William Ruto and ODM Leader Raila Odinga.

The Wiper Leader who was in the company of Deputy President William Ruto in Kandara for the Burial of Bishop Emeritus of PEFA Samuel Mwatha Kang’ethe said the escalating war of words between the two camps is bringing back the political tension which the handshake was supposed to heal.

Kalonzo says he will undertake the task of meditating between the two brothers so that the country can move forward together.

Kalonzo said the 2022 campaigns are three years ahead and thus Kenyans demand service now.

Deputy President on his part saying the country needs peacemakers and that we are called to keep peace for the Nation to prosper

Leaders at the function however drummed support for their preferred candidate for 2022 while others condemned remarks by ODM that Jubilee will form a coalition with ODM.

Led by Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu and Hon. Ndindi Nyoro, the leaders said the said working relations with ODM will not work adding that it is meant to destroy Jubilee from within.

Masinga MP Joshua Mwalwo saying the Wiper Party will be fronting for their Leader Hon Kalonzo Musyoka to take up the leadership of this country from Uhuru Kenyatta.
