Karate Championship kicks off at GK Prison training center

Kenya individual karate championship commenced today at the GK prison training facility in Ruiru, with an aim of selecting a national team that will represent Kenya in the African karate championship that will take place in Cameroon from 14th to 21st may.

The Championship attracted participants.

The competition which will take place for two days from 4th to 5th march, aims at selecting a national team which will represent Kenya in the African karate championship that will take place in Cameroon from 14th to 21st may.

According to Technical Director Bon owiti, the completion has only received individual sponsorship from the Kenya Karate Federation. Owiti urges the government to support their efforts.
