KCB RFC in revenge mission against Impala, Chemelil Worried Over Missing Players.

By KBC SportsDesk

The KCB rugby team meets the Impala Saracens on Saturday 15 October at RFUEA grounds in a match billed as a do-or-die engagement.

KCB will be counting on Darwin Mukidza to shake the team back to life alongside Andrew Amonde.

The Saracens denied KBC the Kenya cup trophy earlier in the year, something KBC will be eager to address with a win.

The match will kick off at 7pm with KCB RFC aiming to lift another silverware before the start of the new season.

The Floodlit Final is expected to be a hard fought encounter and probably a precursor for more supremacy battle when the new season kicks off.

In soccer, Chemelil Sugar Coach Francis Baraza has expressed concern over a number of Key Players being ruled out ahead of their Sportpesa Premier League clash against relegation bound Ushuru FC.

Assistant captain Hillary Echesa is the most notable doubt for tomorrow’s match after he picked up a hamstring injury in training.

Newly signed midfielder Cliff Omondi and goalkeeper John Wawu will also miss out, as Daniel Murage remains a long term absentee.

This weekend’s fixtures;

Ushuru vs Chemelil

Bandari vs Tusker

Posta Rangers vs KK Homeboyz

Sony Sugar vs Sofapaka

City Stars vs Thika United
