Kenya’s volleyball champions finish 5th in continental tournament

Kenya Prisons finished 5th at the Men’s Africa club volleyball championship after beating FAP of Cameroon three sets to two in the 5th place play-off match played last night, in Tunis, Tunisia.

Prisons begun the match on a firing note taking the first set 25-20, and were also unmatched in the second set which they secured 25-19.

The game was overturned in the third set as Prisons went down 22-25 to the Cameroon side which also bagged the 4th set 23-25 sending the match into a 5th deciding set.

Prisons were however not ready to fall after an impressive show at the tournament and won the set 15-13 to finish 5th overall.
