KQ discounts frontline health workers fares by 50pc

Kenya Airways has announced 50 percent discount for the frontline health workers in Business and Economy Class fares.

The national carrier said for one to be eligible must be a front-line health worker working as a nurse, doctor and clinical researcher.

Kenya airways says one will be required to show a Health Worker ID at the time of purchase and at check-in.

One will also be required to scan Health Worker ID to be sent to the Contact Centre for telephone purchases.

The airline noted that up to two free changes are permitted.

The two changes include, cancellations and refunds are only permitted before departure not after departure.

The healthcare workers can book tickets by Sep 30, 2020 to over 20 destinations.
