Critic's Choice Awards winners


“Everything Everywhere All At Once” was the big winner of the night at the 2023 Critics Choice Awards, one of many during award season which happens early in the year annually. 


Angela Bassett who recently won a Golden Globe for “Black Panther” sequel “Wakanda Forever” bagged yet another award as she won a Critic’s Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Queen Ramonda.


In the TV drama category, Zendaya won an award for Best Actress in a Drama for “Euphoria” while Niecy Nash won Best Supporting Actress for her role in the disturbing series, and one of Kenya’s most-watched shows, “Dahmer.”


For comedy, “Abbott Elementary” continues to shine as Sheryl Lee Ralph picks the award for Best Supporting Actress.


Elsewhere, Korean Drama “Pachinko”, streaming on Apple won an award for Best Foreign Language show.
