Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg in "You"

Netflix’s most infamous murderer Joe Goldberg is back with the first part of Season 4 now streaming in Kenya.

Joe Goldberg and his serial killer tendencies may finally be back in our lives, but this time he returns under the pseudonym professor Jonathan Moore, in London. And it seems, he’s less interested in murdering his students than is expected.

As fans of the series may recall, Joe’s wife, the unhinged Love Quin dies at the end of “You” season 3, and Joe sets off to Europe under a new name to get a fresh start and create a better future for himself. When things pick up in season 4, Joe is teaching American Literature in London, which is a fitting profession for the articulate menace

The show’s showrunner Sera Gamble said of this new Joe in a recent Netflix interview, “He’s done murdering, he’s learned from his mistakes and he’s going to do what it takes to right the karmic scales. That doesn’t just mean grow a beard and teach about American literature, it also means maybe that you have to try to protect the very people [whose fate] previously would’ve had you at least look the other way, if not actively participate in what was going on with them.”

The fourth season stars Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg and Tati Gabrielle as Marienne Bellamy. They will also be joined by Lukas Gage, Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman and Ed Speleers.
