LSK President Havi declares interest in Westlands parliamentary seat

LSK President Nelson Havi has declared interest in vying for the Westlands Parliamentary seat in the forthcoming 2022 general elections.

Havi said infrastructural development, wealth creation and poverty alleviation at the constituency level will be his main agenda if elected.

“I have accepted the request of the People of Westlands Constituency to serve them and the Nation in that capacity effective August, 2022 or earlier if Parliament is dissolved. If you give me the opportunity to serve you I will serve all of you equally,” He said.

Havi who will seek to oust current MP Tim Wanyonyi who is serving his second term said, “You need an MP who will fight for your rights as the people of Westlands, who will ensure you are recipients of development projects just like other parts of the Country.”

He toured the Constituency on Sunday as he sought spiritual nourishment at Friends Church Kabete and Pentecostal Assemblies of God Muthangari.
