Stima coach disappointed by players’ performance

By Karanja David

Nairobi Stima FC head Coach Ibrahim Shikanda has expressed his disappointment after the power-men played to a barren draw against Nakumatt in a National Super League match played at the Ruaraka stadium in Nairobi.

Stima went into the tie on a six match unbeaten run and looked more dangerous in attack but Ivan Anguyo, Oscar Masiga and Yema Mwana missed clear cut chances.

Marcos Abwao’s penalty miss in the second half summed up a poor display by the side in front of goal.

However, Shikanda said they will now have to go back to the drawing board and work on their scoring strategy.
