The Health ministry is in the process of strengthening and easing the procurement processes of health products.

CS Susan Nakhumicha says the ministry is working closely with all stakeholders with an aim of ensuring it delivers an effective and seamless supply chain system for health products.

She made the remarks during a meeting with with stakeholders, partners, suppliers and other arms of government involved in health products.

“The new system which will be sustainable, resilient and responsive, is in line with the current reforms being implemented at KEMSA,” the CS said during the meeting that was organized by WHO Kenya.
