Nicholas Bett to shift training camp abroad

Reigning World men’s 400m hurdles champion Nicholas Bett will shift his training camp abroad in preparation for the Rio Olympics in Brazil slated for August this year.

Bett will begin his training in the Catalan capital of Barcelona in Spain from January 29th- March before moving to South Africa.

The training is also expected to put him in shape ahead of the start of the 2016, IAAF Diamond League.

His World championship triumph guaranteed him a slot at the Olympics and will now be solely focus on training and will not be distracted by qualifiers for the Rio Games.
