Nosim FM entertains fans in Narok County

Thousands of KBC’s Nosim fm fans were treated to song and dance as their favorite presenters abandoned the comfort of the studio on a meet the people tour.

The radio stations presenters who broadcast in maasai language came face to face with their fans during a road show held in Narok County.

The crowd also had an opportunity to get insights on the importance of taking out an insurance cover. Edward Omondi has details of the colorful event.

It was an opportunity for them to have a one on one with their listeners who were thrilled to see their favorite presenters in person.

The station which broadcasts in Maasai language did not disappoint their fans who were also treated to laughter as comedians took to the stage along with several artists who put their best foot forward displaying their talent and ability to control their vocals and churn out fine melodies.

The fans also had an opportunity at the podium in which they competed for a chance to walk away with goodies including KBC branded T-Shirts, caps among others.

The event was not all musical. The fans were also sensitized on matters that touch on insurance. The insurance regulatory Authority which partnered with KBC in the tour, cautioned Kenyans against being duped to register with unrecognized insurance companies.

IRA was set up by the government in 2006 to regulate and supervise the insurance industry in Kenya. Currently there are 49 insurance and 3 reinsurance companies that are active in the country.

The road show comes to a close on Sunday.
