By Margaret Kalekye

Businessman Ben Gethi named in the 791 million shillings National Youth Service saga has lost another bid seeking to stop his prosecution at the lower court.

This is the fourth time that Gethi’s application is dismissed paving way for his prosecution over money laundering charges.

In delivering the ruling high court judge Joseph Onguto said that the application before him is an abuse of court process since it seeks similar prayers.

Gethi is expected to take answer to charges of money laundering on the 4th of May this year at the magistrate’s court.
