Ole Sapit calls for re-introduction of corporal punishment in schools

Anglican Church of Kenya Arch Bishop Jackson Ole Sapit is calling on the re-introduction of corporal punishment to tame unruly students in schools. Speaking in Busia County the Arch Bishop said some level of punishment was welcome on the students but was quick to add that counseling can also be used to instill discipline and avoid further destructions to learning institutions.
