The nomination exercise for political parties is expected to end on tomorrow (Friday).
This is according to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) timelines.
The parties are also expected to use the window to solve intra-party disputes arising from the primaries.

The party primaries started on 1st of April, 2022.
The process has seen a fair share of controversies, with political parties this time round giving prominence to consensus and opinion poll to avoid major fallouts.
Most United Democratic Alliance (UDA) nominations were conducted on 14th of April but the process is still on, in different parts due to logistical challenges and complaints.
Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) is also still conducting its primaries with Lang’ata residents expected to participate in the exercise on Friday.
