Raila who named the security agents as the Kenya Defence forces and administration police among others claimed they were being trained by the Jubilee administration to rig the August elections.

With only 49 days remaining to the general elections, Odinga has sensationally claimed that at least 120 security personnel are being trained as polling agents to intimidate the voters and tilt the outcome of the election.
