Ruto, Jubilee administration delivering on its mandate


Deputy President William Ruto has urged Kenyans not to be hoodwinked by some leaders on the performance of the Jubilee administration.

The Deputy President particularly took issue with some KANU leaders whom he said were misleading the people that the Government has not done enough for them.

Addressing wananchi at Tangulbei Secondary School grounds in Tiaty Constituency, Baringo County  Ruto said what Jubilee has done in three years had not been done in 50 years.

The Deputy President was accompanied by MPs Sammy Mwaita (Baringo Central), Samuel Moroto (Kapenguria), Asman Kamama (Tiaty) and William Cheptumo (Baringo North).

The rest were, Grace Kipchoim (Baringo South), Hellen Sambili (Mogotio), Grace Kiptui (Women Rep), Aaron Cheruiyot (Kericho), Governor Benjamin Cheboi (Baringo) and County Speaker William Kamket.

Ruto said among the many deliverables the Jubilee administration has been able to do is the construction of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), tarmacking roads, building technical training institutes in every constituency.

The Deputy President said expansion and equipping two hospitals in every county to the referrals status is nearing completion.

He said already connecting electricity to homes through the rural electrification program and providing electricity to schools is underway.
