Holders AFC Leopards were bundled out of the FKF Shield after losing 1-0 to Sofapaka in a semifinal match played at Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani.

Following the win Sofapaka will square it with Kariobangi Sharks who dumped Ulinzi Stars in a 5 goal thriller.

Kariobangi Sharks won 4-1 with goals from Duke Abuya, Shapahan Oyugi, Harrison Mwendwa and Eric Kapaito ensuring that they booked their final place as Ulinzi were made to lick their wounds with the sole goal from Cliff Kasuti proving too little to rescue the military side.
