Tusker cement their grip at the top as Bankers falter

The ongoing BKPL fixtures round 12 matches last week saw Tusker affirm their position at the helm of the football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKF-PL), with 29 points following their 4-1 win over Posta Rangers.

On Friday at Mbaraki sports club, in Mombasa, Bandari FC edged FC Leopard 2-1, the results saw Leopard stay fifth on the log with 19 points, while at Kericho Green stadium; Sofapaka continued their poor start to the season, managing four matches out of 11 following their 2-0 defeat by Ulinzi stars.

In other results, Nairobi City Star’s 2-1 victory over Zoo FC made them move five points away from the relegation zone, Western Stima continued languishing at the bottom of the table following their 2-3 defeat by KK Homeboys, while Bidco United saw off Mathare United to stay 8th on the log with 17 points.

Round thirteen of the BKPL Fixture on February 23, 2021 Gor Mahia will take on Posta Rangers at Kasarani stadium, Bandari FC will play Vihiga United at Mbaraki stadium, the last match of the day Tusker will take on Nzoia Sugar FC at Kasarani stadium where all matches are scheduled at 300pm.

On Wednesday, February 24,2021 Mathare will play Wazito FC at Kasarani stadium, Western Stima against Nairobi City Stars at Moi stadium in Kisumu, Sofapaka FC will take on KCB FC at Wundanyi stadium in Taita Taveta, Zoo FC will play Kakamega Homeboys at Green Stadium at Kericho stadium then AFC Leopards will pay against Ulinzi Stars FC at Kasarani Stadium where all matches scheduled at 300pm.
