Speaking during a press briefing at his Narok office, Commissioner Isaac Masinde said the two will be prosecuted in court of law and serve as an example to others with such ill intentions.
Masinde said security has been boosted in areas where chaos have been witnessed in the past elections among them, Olposimoru area and regions bordering Kisii and Migori counties in Trans Mara.

He reiterated that those who will be involved in electoral malpractice will be prosecuted immediately as there will be a special court to handle election related cases.
He warned those spreading fake news in social media that they will be arrested and prosecuted in court of law saying the security personnel were closely monitoring all social media platforms.
The commissioner reported that there are 885 polling stations and seven tallying centers in the six constituencies in the county.
He confirmed that some election materials have already arrived and are being guarded by police officers on a 24 hour basis.
A multi-Agency command center, he said, has also been launched where residents have been urged to report any incident that arises through the county hotline number 0768655967.
The county security boss called on residents to remain peaceful during the Election Day by volunteering to vote and then leave to their various homes to avoid crowding at the tallying centers.
