Chemundu Member of County Assembly Representative Julius Kipruto is dead.
Kiproto died Saturday at an Eldoret Hospital while receiving treatment. He had been hospitalised for three weeks at the health facility.
Speaker Melly described Kipruto as a leader who was dedicated to his work and valued commitment and service delivery.
Kipruto served in the capacity of Majority Whip at the Assembly.
