The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has maintained current fuel prices for the next one month following its latest review.
The move means beginning midnight, consumers in Nairobi will continue paying a maximum of Ksh 184.52 Ksh 171.47 and Ksh 154.78 for a litre of super petrol, diesel and kerosene respectively.
“In the period under review, the maximum allowed petroleum pump prices for super petrol, Diesel and Kerosene remain unchanged,” said Daniel Kiptoo, EPRA Director General.
During the period under review, EPRA says the average landed cost of imported Super petrol decreased by 0.10pc from $620.84 per cubic metre in August 2025 to $620.24 per cubic metre in September 2025.
On the other hand, the average landed cost of diesel increased by 1.57pc from $614.08 per cubic metre to $623.75 per cubic metre while Kerosene increased by 2.97pc from $609.59 per cubic metre to $627.72 per cubic metre over the same period.
