President William Ruto has arrived in Seville, Spain, to take part in the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development.
This United Nations global summit brings together world leaders to shape new principles for development financing.
At the conference, President Ruto will advocate stronger multilateralism in response to the current complex challenges, including poverty, inequality, economic instability, climate change, and biodiversity loss.
He will also co-chair a high-level session and hold bilateral talks with key leaders, including Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and King Felipe VI, and French President Emmanuel Macron.
The discussions will focus on enhancing cooperation in clean energy, youth empowerment, and climate resilience.
