Global and regional thought leaders, joined by hundreds of stakeholders, will gather at PAC University in Nairobi, Kenya, for a sequence of three landmark events throughout March 2026: the 2026 Global Leadership Summit, the Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum, and an Open Public Lecture on value-based political leadership in Africa.

The event series will begin with the Global Leadership Summit on 4th March, followed by the Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum on 11th March, and conclude with the Open Public Lecture on 18th March 2026.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dionysious Kiambi, while making the announcement, said the event has attracted distinguished keynote speakers, including Global Leadership Summit President and CEO David Ashcraft and the CEO of the National Gender and Equality Commission, Dr. Purity Ngina, among others, for the one-day summit in Nairobi.

“We are delighted to host this series of major public engagements next month. This is a testament to our commitment of driving positive leadership traction in the region and beyond. These sessions will mainly focus on ethics, integrity, and value-based political leadership,” said Prof Kiambi. “Society transformation and transformative leadership are integral to the world we must build — and as an institution of higher learning, we are not spectators to change; we are its architects. We must play our role in driving meaningful change, and these forums are a bold expression of that conviction.”

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) will host the Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum – PAC University Edition on 11th March. The EACC Chairperson, Dr. David Oginde will headline the forum focusing on whether systemic corruption in Kenya can be tamed or if it is ingrained in today’s society.

Policymakers, civil society representatives, students, and committed members of the public are expected to attend the forum to support accountability and ethical leadership.
PAC University will conclude its March series with an Open Public Lecture focused on reimagining political leadership in Africa, emphasising values, integrity, and servant leadership.
The University’s Chancellor and Presiding Bishop of CITAM, Bishop Dr. Calisto Odede, and Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, MBS, CEO of the Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK), will headline the public lecture geared towards confronting prevailing narratives and charting a new course for ethical public leadership grounded in transformational principles.

The University has distinguished itself as a dynamic hub for intellectual exchange and leadership growth in Africa and beyond, where distinguished global leaders, government officials, faith leaders, business executives, and academics engage in inspiring, forward-thinking discourse.
