Traffickers in cuffs as police seize narcotics

Three individuals were arrested Sunday following a crackdown on drug trafficking by anti-narcotic officers in Clay City, Kasarani.

The suspects, identified as Stephen Emenike and Chijioke Andrew Maduka, both Nigerian nationals, and Margaret Wanjiku Kioni, a Kenyan, were apprehended during a strategic ambush at their hideout.

The raid led to the discovery of substantial quantities of Cocaine, Heroin, and Methamphetamine, with an estimated street value exceeding Ksh1.3 million.

In addition to the narcotics, the DCI authorities reported that they had seized three weighing machines and various packaging materials, indicating a well-organized operation aimed at distributing these illicit substances.

All three suspects are now in custody, and both the individuals and the confiscated items have been detained pending further court processes.

This operation marks a significant victory in the ongoing battle against drug trafficking within the region, highlighting the dedication and effectiveness of the anti-narcotic forces.
