Tiny tiny Bodo Glimt dumps out Inter Milan to qualify for maiden UEFA Champions League round of 16 of 16

History makers Bodo Glimt qualified for the maiden round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League after knocking out Italian giants Inter Milan 2-1, on Tuesday at the Giuseppe Meazza.

Glimt, who had won 3-1 in the first leg, sealed their ticket following a 5-2 aggregate win over Milan.

The Norwegian side will face either Sporting Lisbon of Portugal or a rematch against Manchester City in the round of 16 knockout phase.

The tiny, tiny team has made history this season, also beating Manchester City and Atletico Madrid in the group phase of the Champions League.

Other teams which sailed into the round of 16 include Bayer Leverkusen, who eliminated Greek champions Olympiakos; Atletico Madrid, who edged out Belgian side Club Brugge; and Newcastle United, who ran riot 9-2 against Qarabag from Azerbaijan.
