Abu Dhabi-headquartered real estate developer Reportage Group, has unveiled Enzo Residence, a 346-unit apartment complex, on Saturday 1st August 2026 in Riverside, Nairobi.
The launch, which is part of the conglomerate’s efforts to deepen its foreign direct investment in Kenya’s residential property market, took place during an exclusive ceremony attended by industry stakeholders, investors and partners, marking the UAE-based group’s third project through its local subsidiary, Reportage Kenya.
Reportage Group’s move into Kenya is part of the company’s broader international expansion strategy that has already reshaped residential markets across more than 25 countries.
Established in Abu Dhabi in 2014, the group has delivered over 48,000 residential units worldwide and has 116 projects in its global pipeline.
Enzo Residence’s launch signals that Nairobi has earned a firm place in that portfolio as a market worth committed, long-term capital.
Enzo joins two other Reportage Kenya developments currently under construction in Nairobi, DG West and DG JKIA, forming a cluster of Gulf-backed residential and hotel-apartment projects that together represent a meaningful influx of foreign capital into the local property sector.
Reportage Group’s Regional CEO for Africa, Alkeshkumar Rajput, was direct about the strategic thinking behind the expansion, describing Enzo Residence as another chapter in the Group’s effort to transform the real estate landscape across Kenya and the wider continent.
He positioned the development not merely as housing stock but as a vehicle for lasting value and vibrant communities, reflecting a broader pattern of Gulf investors treating East Africa’s largest economy as a launchpad for regional growth.
Reportage Kenya’s CEO, Jayendra Vala, also noted that the commencement of sales for Enzo Residence reflects a design philosophy built around convenience and community for Nairobi residents specifically, rather than a one-size-fits-all import of a Gulf property model.
For Kenyan buyers, the entry of well-capitalised foreign developers like Reportage Group often translates into access to amenity standards such as swimming pools, spas and dedicated wellness studios that have historically been rarer in the local mid-to-premium segment.
Enzo Residence’s studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units come wrapped in exactly that kind of offering: a gym, zumba and aerobics studio, spa with steam and sauna rooms, a swimming pool and baby pool, jacuzzi, pool deck lounge, children’s play area and an in-house convenience store.
Reportage Group’s expanding Nairobi footprint is a visible marker of how Gulf capital continues to find its way into East African real estate, drawn by a growing middle and upper-income population and sustained demand for premium residential living.
Riverside’s emergence as a preferred address for this kind of development, accessible to the Nairobi Central Business District yet increasingly amenity-rich, mirrors a wider trend of foreign developers identifying and building around Nairobi’s specific lifestyle demands, rather than simply replicating projects from other markets.
