Gospel artist and Presidential hopeful Reuben Kigame is appealing for the enactment of laws to make it mandatory for braille and sign language to be included in all communication platforms.

He said most government documents should be translated into Braille for the sake of the visually impaired and sign language to help the deaf comprehend public statements or speeches.

Kigame spoke when he visited Thika High School for the Blind in Kiambu County, where he made an address to students and donated musical instruments.

The celebrated gospel musician and former student at the special learning institution called for inclusivity saying disability should not an excuse for discrimination.
