Kenya Yearbook 2025 launched

The Kenya Yearbook 2025 has been officially launched at Murang’a University of Technology during a Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board staff, management and Board of Directors’ retreat.

Focusing on the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), the book themed ‘Diversity and Inclusion for Equitable Progress’, details the various projects, initiatives and programmes the Government has rolled out across the country.

Speaking at the launch on Thursday, 18th December 2025, the Chairperson of the Board, Wangui Ng’ang’a, lauded the publication as a vital national resource that captures the country’s socio-economic transformation.

“The Kenya Yearbook 2025 contains more than just words and figures; it is a story of resilience, determination, and the inclusive spirit of the Kenyan people. It illustrates how the Government and citizens have worked together to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in pursuit of our common goals,” she said.

Kenya Yearbook Chief Executive Officer, Ms Lilian Kimeto, stated that the production of the book marks a significant milestone for the Board and the Bottom-up Economic Transformation (BETA).

“This publication empowers citizens by showing them how to take advantage of the opportunities created by Government initiatives to better their lives, particularly in sectors like health, MSMEs, affordable housing and agriculture,” she said.

As a book of record, the Kenya Yearbook 2025 is a vital resource for policymakers, academia, investors and the public.
