Manyata Member of Parliament Gitonga Mukunji and co-accused were Friday released from custody by Kahawa Law Court.
The Senior Principal Magistrate Kipkemoi Koech granted each of them a cash bail of Ksh 300,000 or an alternative bond of Ksh 1 million.
Citing health concerns, the judge allowed the MP and one of the accused persons to seek medical attention at hospitals of choice.
The third respondent will be held in Muthaiga Police Station awaiting processing of their cash bail.
In the same court, 36 others arrested during the 25th June and 7 July demonstrations that took place in several conties were also arraigned on charges of terrorism that included destruction of property and bodily harm to law enforcers.
The thirty six who included ten from Machakos County, and twenty-six from Kiambu county taken before Principal Magistrate Gideon Kiage will make a ruling on whether to release them on bail or not on Wednesday next week.
